Frequently asked questions

Is there really a free trial?

Yes. 14 days, no credit card needed. You get a path-based URL (apex.com/s/your-slug) immediately. After 14 days, choose a plan and pay the setup fee to activate.

Why a one-time setup fee?

It covers the manual work we do for you when you go paid — provisioning your own subdomain on cPanel, AutoSSL, importing your existing student data, and a personalised training call. Pay once, never again.

What payment methods do you accept?

Razorpay handles cards, UPI, Net-banking, and wallets. PayPal coming soon. Bank transfer available on request for annual plans.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation is one click in Settings. Within 30 days of payment, you get a pro-rated refund per our Refund Policy. Your data export is available for 30 days post-cancellation.

Do you support Hindi?

The entire platform is Hindi-first with English as a fallback. Every screen, button, and notification — including SMS templates — is bilingual.
